*points to title* Could it have gone any better? Rachel is the most awe inspiring machine of a horse I've seen in a while, not to mention Mine That Bird. Bird doesn't even look like a racehorse with his sweet face and short stature (15.1, smaller than Seabiscuit!)-- He looks like someone's pet trail horse haha.

I only have 2 more days of high school, then I graduate on Thursday, crazy stuff.

Rachael Alexandra put up an goo performance, but if the race as any longer and if Mine That Bird didn't have to take that long far turn he would have won.

True, even Bird's jockey Mike Smith said something like "If it were a mile and a quarter I would have won it".

Both amazing horses, and I am glad to see that Bird's Derby run wasn't just a fluke-- it was his talent.
